One Direction… in MY James Bond? It’s more likely than you think!
Yes, Harry Styles might become the next 007. His small role in Christopher Nolan’s smash-hit “Dunkirk” sure got the attention of many leading Hollywood directors and producers. So much so that Lee Smith, who worked on the Bond flick ‘Spectre,’ believes the ‘Sign of the Times’ singer has what it takes to breathe new life into Bond. Actually, it looks like the Bond people do want a younger actor to take on the iconic role.
According to Digital Spy, Smith says, “Harry could do it. If they wanted a younger Bond then why not? He has got it.”
It also helps to know that Nolan is in talks to direct the next Bond film, too.
However, we’ll have to wait a while before Daniel Craig’s successor is announced. His contract goes all the way until 2019. So, his replacement won’t appear until 2022.
Would you like to see Harry Styles as the next James Bond? Think he’ll make a good Bond? Who would you LOVE to see take over the role?
