They’re one of the biggest American rock bands to come out of the 2000’s.
Fall Out Boy started out in 2001 as a punk rock band. They launched into superstardom with their 2005 album, From Under The Cork Tree, and their two hit singles “Dance, Dance” and “Sugar, We’re Goin’ Down.”
They hit a bit of a rough patch in 2007 when their original fans began accusing them of selling out with their followup album, Infinity on High (which saw hits such as “Thks fr th Mmrs” and “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race.”
After taking a hiatus to “decompress” following the release of the 3rd studio album, Believers Never Die – Greatest Hits, they came back bigger and stronger than ever… rocking the charts with “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light em Up,” “Centuries,” and “Uma Thurman.”
