Each generation brings to the workplace its own unique perspectives and work ethic. See how a multigenerational workforce is good for business. Learn how to harness the skills and strengths of each generation. Lauren has 20 years of experience in language and culture training, assessment and program development. She is a facilitator, coach and consultant who helps multicultural organizations leverage and maximize their diverse talent. Lauren works with leaders and managers to develop their skills in cultural competency, cross cultural communication, team-building and conflict resolution. She coaches foreign-born professionals in accent reduction, business English and American workplace culture. Before founding CAL Learning, Lauren was director of Training and Workforce Development at Pace University. CAL Learning’s nonprofit clients include Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Columbia University and others.
