Priority is given to moms currently on the December waitlist. FAQs Do I bring my baby to the group?  Certainly! That being said, if you decide you'd rather leave your baby at home so you can take a break, that's okay too.  Do what works best for you each week.  How accesible for strollers is the space? Are there any stairs? Our location is very mom friendly, no stairs or tight spaces to navigate. Feel free to bring your stroller, or if you are more comfortable with a baby carrier, that's okay too. Whatever works best for you and your baby. What if I have to miss a session? Life happens (especially as a new mom)!  Do what you can to make it each week, but know that the program is valuable even if you have to miss some sessions.  It's more about you getting 6 weeks of support (vs. 6 sessions).  Much of the support is what happens between the sessions.  One of the best parts?  Developing friendships with so many supportive moms. Do you prorate for missed sessions? We don't prorate our support groups for missed sessions as it's really about getting 6 weeks of support, resources, and friendships (vs 6 sessions). The group's facilitator often does email follow-up between sessions so you can get clued in to what you missed. About Babybites Moms Groups: Becoming a new mom was the most exhilarating, exhausting, and intense journey I'd ever experienced. What I found I needed most was a sense of community, which is what this group offers. Meeting up, learning from, and laughing with other new mothers helps turn an uncertain and potentially scary time into a shared adventure. Renee makes everyone comfortable, and is a reassuring and knowledgeable guide for new moms. - Ellie, mom to Ben The New Mom's Support Group for babies is a fun and easy way to bond with other moms. The focus is really on the mom, which is so unique in the vast universe of mommy and me classes. Renee is an excellent facilitator, creating a comfortable, supportive atmosphere in which we were able to gain each other's perspectives and share in the wonderful world of new motherhood. New moms in NYC shouldn't miss the opportunity to be a part of one of these groups! - Hallie, mom to Ana I enjoyed taking part in the support group. It is great to be with moms and their little ones born around the same time as my daughter Jools. We shared and learned a lot from each other, but the best thing is that we made friends! - Denise, mom to Jools Mondays at 1pm 175.00
