Pastry chef Seiko Teranishi will demonstrate Chocolate Crinkles (fudgy chocolate cookies), a fruit tart made with Pate Brisee, filled with pastry cream & topped with fresh fruit, and a classic Tiramisu. Seiko's career has included notable restaurants such as New York's Le Cirque, Nobu, and the Garden City Hotel.
