If you are ready to take charge of your training, then this Boot Camp is for you. This is a 2 ½ hours, extreme strength, stamina and tactical clinic. The first hour is heavy conditioning and plyometrics that encompasses muscle building, speed drills and flexibility training. The second hour will be weapon specific training session that will address basic concepts as well as advanced tactics. The individual weapon squad training will be led by Candlewood coaches, Tom Ciccarone, Jeremy Goun and Pat Reardon, as well as coaches from other clubs. The final ½ hour will be a lecture and tactical discussion and is open to anyone. The fee for this 2 ½ hour clinic is $30. The fee for the lecture only is $5.
