Faculty, students, guest artists, and members of the Emerson String Quartet perform chamber works of all genres, style periods, and configurations. Lunchtime concerts are held at noon and the main concerts are held at 8:00 pm. The week also includes public masterclasses, pre-performance lectures, and jazz each night after the concert. The week will conclude with an honors concert featuring the winners of the Ackerman Chamber Music Competition.
