Chamber Players International will present its first J.S. Bach Music Festival and Benefit on Sunday, March 24 – 2:00 PM in the Red Ballroom of Old Westbury Gardens, 71 Old Westbury Road in Old Westbury, New York.
Hosted by WLIW-TV Channel 21 personality Laura Savini, the afternoon will feature Grammy nominated violin virtuoso Anastasia Khitruk and the World Youth Alliance Chamber Orchestra of the United Nations.
The program will be the three Bach Violin Concertos, Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and the World Premiere of David Winkler's Duo No. 3 for Viola and Cello. A lecture about J.S. Bach, "His Time and Ours," will also be presented.
