In Celebration Of The Anniversary Of Jack Kerouac's Birth, Northport Historical Society’s Monthly Walking Tour Will Take A Special Look At Some Of The Places The Beat Author Frequented While Living In The Area. The Tour Will Include A Stop At The Former Studio Space Of One Of Kerouac’s Best Friends, Stanley Twardowicz, And The Chance To Raise A Glass To The Author At His Favorite Watering Hole, Gunther’s Tap Room (Cash Bar). The Tour Is $5 Per Person And Tickets Are Available Beginning At 1:00pm On The Day Of The Tour. The Walk Begins At 1:30pm.
