Holiday Helpers: Parenting Scare
Jennifer nominated her sister Christy from Bridgeport. Christy had the scare of her life when her eight-year-old daughter had a brain stroke. Things have been tough getting while they get themselves back on their feet even though (luckily) her daughter has fully recovered. We were able to offer tons of toys for her children including a karaoke machine for the sick daughter who loves to sing, and since part of their holiday tradition is to bake cookies for Santa, we have supplied tons of baking supplies!
