Black Eyed Peas Give "Where Is The Love" The Reboot Treatment

We can all agree, 2016 has been a TERRIBLE year.

Between the constant tragedies, such as Nice and Orlando, to the myriad of celebrity deaths, 2016 is not our favorite year.   Black Eyed Peas agree and have lined up a star-studded cast to remake "Where Is The Love" to reflect on the horrors that transpired since the original song came out.

The reason why the song was made was that will.i.am kept hearing how people needed "Where Is The Love" following the attacks in Paris, Belgium, and Turkey.  More voices rallied following the deaths of Philandro Castile and Alton Sterling.

Will.i.am hopes this song inspires "the millennial to go all out. Scream from the tallest mountain. Care like your freedom depends on it. Pay attention like that is at risk."

Celebrities like Justin Timberlake, Jamie Foxx, Usher, Mary J Blige, Jessie J, The Game, Tori Kelly, DJ Khaled, A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, and much more have teamed up to breathe new life into the 2003 hit.

Then there's the music video, featuring more star power and more cultural icons, such as Dallas Police Chief David O. Brown, Philandro's mother Valerie Castile, and Sandra Sterling, aunt of Alton Sterling.

Profits made fro mthe track will all go to charity:  the i.am.angel foundation.  Will.i.am's non-profit aims at "transforming lives through education, inspiration and opportunity."
