Does Red Wine Slow Aging?

Somewhere, Anna Zap is celebrating.

So, if you hate the mental degradation that comes with aging, along with all the fun wrinkles and gray hairs... DRINK UP!  Researchers at Virginia Tech believe a compound found in the skin of red grapes is key to keeping us looking and thinking younger. 

The compound, called resveratrol, has demonstrated several brain benefits in mice by keeping neurons healthy.  So, not only will it help preserve memory, neurons are also responsible for making us move... so, that's also a huge bonus.

Now, there's hope to develop a pill to help people reverse or stay the signs of aging.  Would you take it?
