My name is Cindy Pepe and I am a single mother of the two most wonderful human beings that I know, they are my entire world! My favorite movie, hands down, is “Rudy,” as it is probably one of the most touching and inspirational nonfictional movie I’ve ever seen. I honestly love all types of music, I am always singing but NEVER dancing (trust me this is a good thing). I love sports of just about any kind but baseball is definitely my favorite…Go Yanks!!! I am a humanitarian to my core and get much pleasure extending a hand to any who need it! I want to thank STAR 99.9 for this opportunity; you will not regret taking a chance on me :)

Tuesday: 5:30am Tread N Shed and 6am TRX with Nicole
Wednesday: 5:30pm Zumba and 6:30pm Cardio Tai Box with Loren
Thursday: 6:00pm 30 minutes Personal Training with Rachel and then treadmill
Friday: 6:30pm Zumba with Kelly
Saturday: 9:15am Crunch Boot Camp with Rachel in NORWALK
Sunday: Off
