Ever since I could talk and walk I loved to dance and sing! Music and singing is my passion, I make my own music and I have recently learned to play a few songs on the piano. I love a variety of genres, but when I work out I love to listen to fast up beat songs! It brings that energy and fire to push my self harder when I'm at the gym. My goal is to gain control of my body, not just for the duration of the contest, but for the rest of my life. I want to push my self the best of my capability and take everything that I'm going to learn with me once the contest is over.

Kaylenne's Workout Schedule:

Monday:  5:30am Crunch Boot Camp with Cindy and Kim (45 minutes with Rachel)

Tuesday: 5:30am Tread N Shed and 6am TRX with Nicole

Wednesday: Cardio:  Treadmill for 20 minutes and Elyptical for 20 minutes  Strength:  15 pushups, 15 sit ups, 15 squats (3 rounds)

Thursday:  6:30pm 30 minutes Personal Training with Rachel and then treadmill

Friday:  6:30pm Zumba with Kelly

Saturday:  9:15am Crunch Boot Camp with Rachel in NORWALK

Sunday:  Off
