My goals for this contest are: to get closer to my goal weight, learn how to work out effectively, and build endurance/strength while losing weight.

What have you tried in the past to lose weight?

In the past I've tried to lose weight by reducing food intake, walking, eating healthy, and a medical weight loss program.

Thursday:  10:00am Tread N Shed with Mackenzie and 10:30am Chisel with Mackenzie in NORWALK

Friday:  12:00pm Cardio Sculpt and 12:30pm Absolution with Susan in NORWALK

Saturday:  9:15am Crunch Boot Camp with Rachel in NORWALK
