“Be Healthy,” “Be Happy,” “Be Dazzling” at Western Connecticut Health Network’s Fourth Annual Spirit of Women Girls’ Night Out

Join the STAR 99.9 Street Team at the "Be Dazzling" the 4th Annual Spirit of Women Girls Night Out on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Amber Room Colonnade, 1 Stacey Road in Danbury presented by Danbury Hospital and New Milford Hospital

Steal yourself away for a few hours and gather your BFFs to celebrate the vibrancy of good health from 5 to 8 p.m.

The feature entertainment for the evening is comedian Robin Fox who for the past 10 years has been a crowd pleaser for audiences young and old and especially those somewhere in-between. She is a one woman sitcom and is being featured this fall on Nickelodeon"s new network, NickMom, in a standup comedy series called "Mom"s Night Out."

Following her skit, Robin Fox will take on the role of emcee for a Spirit of Women "To Tell the Truth" Game Show. The celebrity panel includes health professionals from Western Connecticut Health Network who will test the audience"s knowledge on subjects that include women"s health, nutrition, heart health, orthopedics and family wellness.

Event highlights also include delicious tapas, a cash bar, and a chance to win fabulous prizes along with interactive and informative displays include breast health, heart health, family health, sleep medicine, orthopedics, Lyme disease registry and integrative medicine related to massage therapy, yoga, hypnotherapy, reflexology, bone strengthening exercises presented by staff from Western Connecticut Health Network.
