Mobile Mammography Screenings 

 Free and Low-cost community-based (mobile) mammography screenings to those who qualify.

Thanks to funds raised by St. Vincent's SWIM Across the Sound, the SWIM Women's Imaging Center’s Mobile Mammography Program offers mammography screenings at various locations such as, community centers, churches, nursing homes, corporations, health fairs and local government facilities throughout Fairfield County.

Most insurances are accepted.Financial assistance is available for those who are not insured and/or have financial limitations.

More than 1,000 women are screened through the Mobile Mammography Program each year. The latest American Cancer Society guidelines recommend that all women have a mammogram by age 40 and then every year thereafter. Please Note:  The service is free but appointments are necessary.

Physician order and insurance card (if you have one) must be brought to the appointment.
