Thanks to Hurricane Sandy last year Halloween, and more specifically Trick or Treating, was ruined. Sure some towns had it later on after the dust had cleared from the storm, but it just wasn't the same. This year (fingers crossed) we have a chance to redeem ourselves. And it even looks like barring a possible shower or two Thursday should be pretty good Trick or Treating weather. The question is, where to go?!
Well there are a lot of great and safe places to score candy here in Connecitcut...
Pull up your car and have your children safely Trick or Treat from car to car. Make sure you bring plenty of candy because the children will be coming to your car too!
Perfect for the kiddies! A quaint New England back drop to celebrate Fall and Halloween. Bring the kids from 4p-5:30p to the Seaport to Trick or Treat. Follow the pumpkin trail to the village to find candy, face painters and spooky things!
(this is were we will be!)
Perhaps you want to stay warm on Halloween but still help your child score a ton of candy- Well, then head to the mall! Westfield Connecticut Post has a ton of stores participating in Trick or Treating, there will be live music provided by Star 99.9, and family events!
