Woodbury Kids Make Plea to "Mr. Zombie"

Rocker Rob Zombie and some of the neighbors are complaining about a skateboard park constructed near his Connecticut home that they find to be "a significant noise pollutant." Since their complaints, the park has had its hours drastically reduced. The kids even made a video to keep their skate park open. In one shot, the kids are shown standing outside the fence, locked out of the park.

After being called a child-hater, Zombie, 48, wrote to his Twitter followers, "It seems nuts to even have to address this but I guess I will. Some really crazy articles have popped up making claims about 'hating skaters' and 'hating children'. None of this is true and it makes me sick that someone would print such lies. There is a simple matter going on in which we are trying to find a solution that will make EVERYBODY happy. Unfortunately someone decided to turn it into a whole ugly event. What a bummer."
