Man receives ticket for talking on cell phone while driving horse wagon
It’s no secret that law enforcement officials are cracking down on drivers’ cell phone usage.
Apparently, those rules don’t just pertain to motorized vehicles, one unsuspecting man recently found out. Ross Gundry was fined $250 for operating a horse-drawn carriage while gabbing on a cell phone near Perth, Australia.
