Seth MacFarlane is getting mixed reviews (as predicted!) by critics.  Some say he was edgy, funny and overall one of the best hosts the Oscars have ever seen while others slammed him as being crude.  One thing that no one can argue is that he is a showman.  He sang his way through the awards.  He should have listened to Captain Kirk (aka William Shatner came from the future to warn him about the critcs and his horrible Oscar hosting abilities) when he made an ill perceived comment about the Chris Brown/Rihanna Grammy altercation.  Read more here.

How fitting the woman that has been called the "Best Dressed" of the night also takes home the award for Best Actress!  Jennifer Lawrence won everyone's heart last night when she tripped on her massive gown on the way up to accept her award.  She dealt with the situation well and even joked with several members of the press that were relentless in asking her questions about the fall- (Honestly! Leave the girl alone, she tripped- Geez... What do you want her to say?!) Halle Berry, Charlize Theron and a host of other celebs look A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.  Catch the list of best dressed here.

So, who was the hot mess of the night?  Well, there were two.  Kristen Stewart awkwardly hobbled around- At some points she had crutches... Renee Zellweger was up on stage with the cast of Chicago for a ton of awkwardness too.  While everyone stood calmly she bopped around like  kid on too much sugar.  She couldn't even hold it together to read the winner's name in the envelope.  Awkward.  More here.
