Eat, Drink & Be Merry: Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (250ml) sour cream

Directions:

  1. Turn oven onto 375F
  2. Mix the bag of hash browns, 1 cup sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese in a  bowl.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake covered for 1 hour.
