Ingredients:1 frozen pie crust, thawed2 tbsp oil1/2 cup milk4 eggs1/4 tsp dried rosemary1/2 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 medium onion, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 large head of broccoli, chopped2 tbsp water8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated Preheat oven to 375.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until they start to brown.
Add broccoli.
Add 2 tbsp water, cover and cook until bright green, a few minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat eggs with spices.
Add in milk.
Poke holes in the crust with a fork. Add one layer of cheese.
Cover with broccoli. Add peppers.
Sprinkle more cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top. Stir slightly so egg falls between the other ingredients and sinks to the bottom. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes, until firm.
Quiche is done when a fork inserted in the center comes out clean.
