MIKE'S YUMMY SLOW COOKER CHICKEN AND DRESSING

Ingredients (makes 4 servings):

4 Chicken breasts

Salt and Black Pepper

4 Slices of Swiss Cheese

1 (14oz) can of Chicken Broth

2 (10 3/4oz) cans of condensed Cream of Chicken or Celery or Mushroom Soup

3 Cups Packaged Stuffing Mix

1/2 Cup Butter, melted

Directions:

1. Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker.  Season with salt and black pepper.

2. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.  Pour broth over chicken and cheese.  Pour cream soups over chicken, cheese and broth.  Sprinkle stuffing mix over soups; pour melted butter over everything.

3. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
