The mission of the Norwalk Emergency Shelter, Inc. is to provide safe, sanitary shelter care to homeless men, women, and families; to assist shelter residents in searching for housing, jobs, counseling and treatment; and to foster residents' growth toward independence and responsibility.
The Norwalk Emergency Shelter is looking for donations of items such as:
gloves, scarves, hats, warm socks, clankets, thermal underwear, chapstick, coats and supermarket gift cards. Additionally, food donations are always in great need.
