A MOSTLY LABOR FREE RECIPE FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND....

Ingredients

11/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
Cocktail Sauce

Preparation

 

 Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

 Season shrimp with olive oil, lime juice and lemon pepper; let stand 10 minutes.

 Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat  2 minutes on each side or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.
