1 cup of butter soften at room temperature
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 cup of finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
Cream butter in bowl add confectioners sugar, cream until light and
fluffy. Add pecans and vanilla, blend in flour gradually. Mix
throughly. Shape into balls (about 1 teaspoon each), placed on
ungreased cookie sheet bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool slightly, while still warm roll in confectioners sugar.
