Wear your Cenation shirt when you vote on Election Day, your undertaker hat or anything else WWE, as long as it does not refer to Linda McMahon's U.S. Senate campaign.

The WWE filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz's office after she said local elections officials would

have the discretion to ask people to cover up if they wore anything WWE-related inside the polls or within 75 feet on Election Day.

On Wednesday, the judge sided with the WWE, agreeing that voters can't be banned from wearing wrestling garb to polls

Vince McMahon, the chairman

and CEO of WWE -- and husband of the Republican U.S. Senate candidate - said before the ruling that he intends to wear WWE attire when he casts his vote in protest.  More.. (source: NBC CT)
