Now he has officially filed for divorce. Tareq claims that Schon paid for Michaele’s “travel, accommodations and other expenses” during an “adulterous relationship.” Tareq also claims Schon emailed him a picture of his penis and the message, “Hey buddy, look at what your wife is hanging out with now! Jealous?” He also claims the band is harassing him with hang-up phone calls.

Most famous for playing sweet grandmothers, appearing in more than 50 films and 100 television series, Bay is probably best remembered for playing the woman robbed of her marble rye on marble rye on “Seinfeld” and Adam Sandler’s grandma in “Happy Gilmore.” Bay first appeared on screen at the age of 59, after a long tenure as housewife. Her most recent part was a recurring role on ABC’s “The Middle” as Aunt Ginny.

Bravo has fired Alex McCord, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop from “The Real Housewives of New York.” The network said, “Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and LuAnn DeLesseps will be returning for season five of ‘The Real Housewives of New York City.’ We’ve had a fabulous run with all the ladies and appreciate them sharing their lives with our viewers. Bail Bondsman Sues Over ‘Dog The Bounty Hunter’
Colorado Springs bail bondsman Bobby Brown is suing the creators of the A&E television show “Dog the Bounty Hunter” for more than $75,000 in damages. The lawsuit filed against A&E, Hybrid Films and D&D Television says Brown appeared in more than 40 shows of “Dog the Bounty Hunter.” It says he was paid $6,000 for his contributions but wasn’t compensated for each Colorado episode. Brown feels the network and the show’s creators used his likeness for their own gain without properly compensating him and made false promises that led him to focus on the show instead of his bail bonds business.
Charlie Sheen Mellows Out
Charlie Sheen seems to have mellowed a bit. Sheen tells Jay Leno those catchphrases like “tiger’s blood” and “Adonis DNA” weren’t meant to be statements of fact, they were just jokes. Charlie says he has even patched up things with his father, Martin Sheen, and they are buddies again.

The ‘X-Rated’ Factor
It was more like the “Triple-X-Factor” for one contestant on the new Fox talent show “The X Factor.” The man auditioned for the show by performing an original song, “I’m a Stud,” and as part of it he pulled his pants down and danced onstage. In a clip shown on a preview last week, Fox showed a graphic of the show’s “X” superimposed over the man’s crotch. During the man’s performance, Paula Abdul got up and went backstage. Fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger covered her eyes, occasionally peeking between her fingers. Judge L.A. Reid called the display disgusting, upsetting and offensive and said, “Get him out of the building, please.”

Alec Baldwin Walks Out Of Emmys
Alec Baldwin pulled out of last night’s Emmy telecast after a joke about News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch was cut from a segment that he had recorded to open the broadcast. Baldwin tweeted “I did a short Emmy pretape a few days ago. Now they tell me NewsCorp may cut the funniest line.” The joke reportedly involved Baldwin on a telephone and saying, “Is that you, Rupert?” a reference to News Corp’s much-publicized phone-hacking scandal. Fox said the network believed it was inappropriate to make light of an issue being taken seriously by the company. After the joke was cut, Baldwin no longer wanted his segment to be part of the broadcast and Fox re-shot the clip with Leonard Nimoy.
Scarlett Johansson Photo Hacker Identified By FBI
After nude photos of Scarlett Johansson were leaked on the internet last week, the FBI has reportedly identified the ringleader of the hackers who released the images. The same hackers are reportedly responsible for cell phone hacks on Vanessa Hudgens, Jessica Alba, Lindsey Vonn, Ali Larter and Emma Caulfield.
‘The Lion King’ Takes Box Office Crown
Seventeen years after its first release, “The Lion King” is again No. 1 at the box office, wildly exceeding pre-release projections by pulling in an estimated $29.3 million. A 3D re-release propelled the animated feature far beyond its expected $15 million take and well past the weekend’s three debuts – all of which had disappointing starts. The No. 2 movie of the weekend was a holdover from last week; “Contagion” grossed $14.5 million. “Drive,” which grossed an estimated $11 million, was the only new movie in the top three. The “Lion King” encore lifted the movie’s overall revenues to $357.8 million. The film passed “Finding Nemo” ($340 million) to become the third highest-grossing animated film on record. “Shrek 2” holds the title at $441 million, followed by “Toy Story 3’s” $415 million.

Foo Fighters Take On Westboro Baptist Church (NOTE CONTENT)
The Foo Fighters confronted anti-gay protesters outside their Kansas concert on Friday by serenading them with an ode to tolerance. Members of the Westboro Baptist Church lined up outside Kansas City’s Sprint Center to protest the rockers, who they have accused of promoting “fornication, adultery, idolatry (and) f*gs.” Dave Grohl and bandmates had the last laugh after performing a special song in front of the picket line while wearing trucker hats, wigs and fake bushy beards. Standing in the back of a flat-bed truck, Grohl belted out the specially-penned track “Keep It Clean,” which included the line, “I’ve got a hankering for something, think I’m in the mood for some hot man-muffins.” Fans cheered as Grohl cried out, “Ladies and gentlemen, God bless America! Land of the free, home of the brave! I don’t care if you’re black or white or purple or green, whether you’re Pennsylvanian or Transylvanian, Lady Gaga or Lady Antebellum, it takes all kinds!”
New No Doubt Music Delayed
No Doubt say they’re going to take a little longer than expected to drop a new album. In fact, it may not be ready until 2012. In a post on their website, No Doubt explained, “The past twelve months have been eventful; we performed for Paul McCartney and President Obama at the Kennedy Center Honors, three beautiful new No Doubt babies were born, and we’ve recorded in studios all over Los Angeles. Ideally our new record would be coming out this year, but it’s just not ready yet. We don’t want to rush this album just to get it out.” The band added that despite rumors of them collaborating with outside producers and artists, “don’t believe anything you hear unless it comes from us.”

The top bid for Crow’s 1959 Mercedes convertible at the August auction in California was $143,000. The auction company kept $13,000 in fees and the remaining $130,000 went to the Joplin Schools Recovery Fund. Missouri’s Community Foundation for the Ozarks said the couple who bought the car matched the $130,000. The donors wanted to remain anonymous. He said thank you to the crowd for “all your love and support, especially this year; it means a lot to me.” Then on Saturday, Anthony got a very special birthday visit at his Miami home from Jennifer Lopez, his ex-wife-to-be. Anthony and Lopez were photographed hanging by the pool with their 3-year-old twins Emme and Max at the sprawling Florida home they once shared. The couple announced the end of their seven-year marriage back in July.

Madonna’s Film To Undergo Another Edit
Madonna’s big screen directorial debut “W.E.” will be cut by up to 10 minutes ahead of its December release after it was panned by critics at film festivals in Italy and Canada. The royal drama documents the scandalous relationship between Britain’s King Edward Viii and American divorcee Wallis Simpson, a romance which prompted the monarch to abdicate in 1936 when the love affair became public. The movie was panned by reviewers for its lack of substance at its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival in Italy earlier this month, and it attracted similar responses after a screening at Canada’s Toronto International Film Festival days later. Studio executives plan on trimming its running time before it hits movie theatres worldwide at the end of the year. Harvey Weinstein is working with Madonna and producers to edit the drama one last time.
