Dr. Michael Welner: How We Need to Change By Tad Lemire
Dr. Michael Welner, one of America’s top forensic psychiatrists, is Chairman of The Forensic Panel and has been directly involved interviewing mass shooters and other mass killer cases such as that at the Connecticut Lottery. He spoke with Tad this week about changes that must be made to avoid senseless acts of violence in the future.
