The Maritime Aquarium is located in Norwalk, Connecticut – just a quick drive up I-95 or hop on metro north for a short train ride and is the only aquarium devoted to Long Island Sound. Visit The Maritime Aquarium to meet varieties of sharks (big and small), harbor seals, sea turtles, jellies and hundreds of other marine animals. - Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 4D
- Stop by the Aquarium’s 4D Theater to join Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer on his epic adventure to save Christmas through January 2.
- “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 4D” uses the same stop motion animation as the beloved television classic to deliver a visually brilliant experience true to the story that has charmed audiences for generations.
- Shark Diving Santa
- Santa will be diving with sand tiger sharks in the Aquarium’s “Ocean Beyond the Sound” exhibit most weekends in December.
- Breakfast with Santa
- Sunday, December 15
- Members can sign up for an exclusive, special breakfast with Santa, which includes pictures and a showing of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 4D”.
- Flurry Zone
- The Aquarium’s special snow machine will produce a fun flurry every hour on the hour in Newman’s Own Hall every day in December.
