There are only so many occupations where you can do the job into your 90s if you choose to.
A guy named Johnnie Bell from Oklahoma City is the country’s longest-serving mailman and just celebrated 70 years on the job. When he was first hired in the 1950s, he made $1.81 an hour!
He knows he can retire whenever he wants, but he said he still enjoys sorting and delivering the mail so he sticks around doing it. Congrats Johnnie! Here’s to even more years ahead.

It was originally called Longacre Square until 1904 when the New York Times moved into the Times Building. It was then that they renamed it Times Square. Seems obvious, but it’s something I never knew until now!

Steve and Rebecca found out that their 16-year-old son was vaping. Steve thinks that Rebecca should discipline him because he’s a smoker and it would just be hypocritical for him to punish him. Rebecca says that’s ridiculous, they’re both parents and should equally be in charge of punishment. Recently scientists have discovered that eating dark chocolate can lead to many health benefits. The cocoa in dark chocolate can lower your blood pressure and protect your heart. The antioxidants that are found in it can loosed veins and arteries. Their studies also found that giving someone a strong cocoa supplement could lower blood pressure in 3 just hours.
How often is something both delicious and healthy. Not often! Obviously like anything else moderation is the key here. You don’t want to be scarfing down bricks of chocolate every night. But I know what I’m having for dessert later.
If you’ve ever seen a statue with a person on a horse there is a hidden meaning behind it.
If the horse has both front legs up off the ground that means the person on the horse who the statue is honoring died in battle. If there is only one front leg up in the air that means they died from wounds suffered in battle later. If all four legs are on the ground it means they dies of natural causes.
