Today we talk to Sarah Bishop DellaVentura from Bishop’s Orchards. This month’s pick-your-own pumpkin and apple season is in full swing, and Sarah gives us an update on how the crops made it through the Spring frost and heavy Summer rains. She also tells us all the fun things we can do with our pumpkins this season. Plus, she gives us awesome tips on how to keep our pumpkins from rotting!

David is a Tulane alum and would love for his daughter to go there as well. He’s even offered to get her an apartment if she chooses to attend. His wife, Lori, says he’s going too far to influence her decision. He isn’t “offering” her an apartment, he’s bribing her with one to get her to attend. Jack agreed to be in his childhood friend’s wedding. It’s next May over Memorial Day weekend. His wife, Juliana, just found out that there’s a wine and food retreat that’s happening that same weekend in Spain that they really wanted to go to. Two other couples that they are very close to are also going the retreat that week. She wants him to bail on the wedding (which is his friend’s second wedding, by the way) so they can go, he feels like it’s wrong since he already agreed. She says he’s not the best man, it’s fine. Couples Court: Michelle picks up her daughter and her nephew from school every day. Michelle doesn’t think it’s fair that she has become the default babysitter because she’s still a stay-at-home mom. She thinks she should get a weekly stipend to pick up her nephew but her husband, Austin, disagrees. Their nephew is a sweet kid, and it’s his sister, how are they going to charge them?
