Did you win one of our contests? Here is what you need to know:

You should either have been told to pick up your prize or that you will be contacted when your prize is ready to be picked up. If you’ve been told you’ll be contacted and want to check you can email to check.

WHEN TO PICK UP:

We are open weekdays 9am-5pm.

We are not open Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth (Observed), July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day (Observed.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU:

When picking up you will need a valid ID. You will sign a release and waiver and a 1099 for tax id the first time you win a prize each year. You will only need to fill out the 1099 once a year.  If you win more than $600 in a calendar year you will receive a w-9 for the amount of the prizes you have accumulatively won. You will sign a release and waiver every time you pick up a prize.

You have 30 days to pick up your prize upon notification it is ready to be picked up. This can occur when winning or at a later date if your prize is not available upon winning.

Your prize is non-transferable.

Your prize cannot be exchanged for another prize.

Digital Tickets

You will be emailed or texted a release form to sign once tickets are available to be transferred. Once your form is signed we will transfer the tickets and you will get an email from Ticketmaster. Accept the Ticket Transfer to add them to your account.

You will need a smartphone with you at the show to use our tickets.
