It’s a bad habit for most people. Cracking your knuckles. But the people who tell you to stop might be wrong about the reasons why.
Cracking your knuckles has been rumored to hurt your bones, cause arthritis, and generally be bad for your hands. None of this is actually true. The sound you hear when your knuckles crack is just gas bubbles bursting within your hand.
So if you like doing it, next time someone tries to get you to stop hit them with that fact.
