TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: This kid’s tee-ball walk up dance is better than most MLB baseball players

TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: This kid’s tee-ball walk up dance is better than most MLB baseball players

If you have kids that play sports you know how great it is to see them on the field, court, ice, whatever sport they are playing. It’s so fun.

Especially when kid’s do something hilarious like this. A boy in California has a VERY elaborate walk-up dance every time he comes to the plate in his tee-ball league. Everyone loves it. His mom, the other parents, even his teammates. If we ever see this kid in the major leagues one day I hope he still keeps this dance.

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: Why are school buses yellow?

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: Why are school buses yellow?

It’s a good question. Of all the colors they could’ve made school buses, why yellow? That yellow shade even has it’s own name in the color directory “national school bus glossy yellow”.

It started back in 1939 when transportation officials from all 48 states at the time agreed on a number of different safety measures for buses. One of them being the color yellow. Reason being is that yellow is very easy to see in the early morning hours, dusk, or late at night. Also, the black lettering against the yellow makes it easy to read from a distance.

It took a while for all school buses to get on board with the new standard. It wasn’t until 1974 that all school busses were finally yellow.
