Vaccine side effects are a common topic of conversation theses days, whether it’s soreness, fatigue, or even fevers!  But there’s one side effect that no one is talking about, and Anna experienced it first hand!  (1:00)

TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: Man Becomes First Person To Run From Disneyland (CA) to Disney World (FL)

If this story doesn’t motivate you to go out for a run today I don’t know what will.

Don Muchow, a 59 year-old Ironman athlete rom Texas, just became that first person to run from Disneyland in California all the way to Disney World in Florida. 2,761 miles to be exact. Don is a type 1 diabetic and and said this was a way to connect and empower others people with Type 1 Diabetes to be active.

He set out on his journey in February and just arrived in Orlando this week. His ultimate goal is to dip his feet in the Atlantic Ocean to officially complete his cross country run from the Pacific to the Atlantic.

Go Don! I hope Mickey at least let him into the park for free.

Believe it or not the little holes you see in crackers do serve a purpose.

they are called docking holes. They are what stops the dough from expanding into bubbles during the baking process. There is a machine called a “docker” that pricks the holes in the dough and allows the air to escape so that the cracker can bake properly. This is a good thing because it’s what makes sure your crackers are flat and crispy.
