MUNDANE MYSTERIES: Why is garlic off limits on all royal menus?

Lot of talk about the Royal Family this week after Meghan, Harry and Oprah’s big interview Sunday night. There are many unanswered questions about what goes on inside the palace walls. One that I have always wondered is the famous rule that garlic is off limits on all royal menus. Why?

According to a former royal chef who has done multiple interviews over the years, he admitted that Queen Elizabeth II knows exactly what she likes and doesn’t like. He says
She would never have garlic on the menu. She hated the smell of it, she hated the taste of it,” But all that flavor! They’re missing out on some great garlicky times over there.

One of the things she LOVES though is dark chocolate. I’m with her on that one. He also revealed that she eats Corn Flakes every morning. Yum.

During their interview with Oprah, Meghan said she wasn’t aware she had to curtly for the Queen. Anna fancies herself a bit of a professional when it comes to this (thanks to watching “The Crown”) and wanted to teach Raven how.

Although Olivia Wilde broke up with Jason Sudeikis, he still thanked her for the concept of his show “Ted Lasso.” Have you ever thanked an ex before? Anna & Raven wanted to thank their ex’s for something, and ironically it’s for the same exact thing! (0:00)

Most likely your favorite band is someone you started listening to in 7th grade around 13-years-old. Anna was into Green Day, Raven was blasting some Metallica, when did you start listening to your favorite band? (2:17)

How you ever had a sleep-over as an adult? Like, with a friend, not the other way! Adult slumber parties have been trending recently, and Anna has some fun ideas about what she would do at asleep-over as a married adult! (17:03)

Ethan has struck up a friendship with a female co-worker at the retail store where he works. He insists it’s totally platonic, but his girlfriend, Lidia, found out that he has lunch out with her every Tuesday and Wednesday at the sandwich shop next to their store. She says it’s inappropriate to have lunch with another woman, even if they’re just friends. It looks bad. He says she’s overreacting, the woman is married, and her husband doesn’t even care!
