Easy ways to stop touching your face while working

One of the best ways to avoid infections is to stop touching your face, but it’s much harder than you think. Here’s some easy ways to avoid touching your face.

Stop slouching or leaning on desks. You are more likely to touch your face if you’re leaning on something for support.
Keep your hands busy. Hard to touch your face if your hands are full right? Pens, rings, coffee, stress balls, etc. Just remember to wipe them down first!
Start keeping track. We’ve all found out how much we touch our faces now that we’re more aware of it. Keeping track makes you notice how frequently you do it.
Wear a lotion scent you don’t like! The bad smell can help to retrain your habits and just smelling the scent will make you aware you’re touching your face again.
