Meet Dwayne, our Pet of the Week from the CT Humane Society!
Dwayne is a 4-month-old male orange tabby who’s had quite the journey. He was found in a storm drain by local animal control and came to the CHS looking for a fresh start. This sweet boy has been neutered, is up to date on all his vaccines, and is ready to find his forever home!
Dwayne does have a few special needs, and an adoption counselor will be more than happy to go over the details with anyone interested in giving this handsome cat a loving home. He would do best with a family that has experience with shy cats and can be patient as he takes his time to come out of his shell. Once he’s comfortable, he turns into an absolute lovebug!
Dwayne is currently staying in a foster home in Westport. If you think you could be the patient, loving family he’s waiting for, head to CThumane.org/Adopt to fill out an adoption application. Hailey and Tito found out that the “crayon” group costume that she’s wearing with her friends this weekend to a Halloween party is very suggestive. It’s basically a leotard with thigh highs. Tito thinks it’s completely inappropriate for a 15-year-old girl to wear that out, Mom (Hailey) says that it’s what all the girls are wearing, and she can’t be the only one wearing something different.
