NewBrook Kitchen – Cheshire NewBrook Kitchen offers an intimate and unique dining experience, blending classic culinary techniques with modern touches. Olea – New Haven Olea in New Haven offers a Chefâs Tasting Menu for $98 per person, featuring six courses with an optional wine pairing for an extra $52. Available on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights, this experience requires 24-hour advance notice. The menu is a surprise, adding to the excitement of the dining experience.
