Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month Vigil

Annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month Vigil

The Center for Family Justice (CFJ) will host its annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month Vigil from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 15 at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport. Chief Rod Porter of the Bridgeport Police Department will join CFJ President & CEO Deb Greenwood as co-emcee.

This year’s vigil will honor the lives tragically lost to domestic violence homicide over the past year, while also recognizing those in our community who stand as dedicated supporters of CFJ’s mission.

We hope you can join us for a night of remembrance, solidarity, and action as we work together to provide life-saving programs and services to victims of domestic violence.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Center for Family Justice provides free and confidential programs and services for those impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence and child abuse. We serve Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Stratford and Trumbull.
