What Else Needs A Pitch Clock?

What Else Needs A Pitch Clock?

The MLB has implemented a Pitch Clock to shorten the length of games, and it’s causing some mixed reactions. There are some things out there that do deserve a pitch clock though. What would you put a pitch clock on?

TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: Pilot takes passengers on a quick detour for an amazing reason

TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: Pilot takes passengers on a quick detour for an amazing reason

Most times when you’re flying all you want to do is get to your destination in the quickest way possible. Layovers, detours, delays are all words you do not want to hear mid-flight.

Unless you were on this easyJet flight from Iceland to the U.K. this week, maybe. The pilot of the plane decided to take a quick detour spinning the plane around 360 degrees to allow the passengers to see the amazing and extremely rare Northern Lights display. Seeing is from land is one thing, I can only imagine how cool it is from the air.

I would’ve been more than okay with this one, but I’m sure there were a few grumpy passengers who just wanted to get to the runway.

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: What is the cookie to cream ratio in Oreo cookies?

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: What is the cookie to cream ratio in Oreo cookies?

This is one of those heated debates that pops up every once in a while on the internet. Twitter, reddit, comment sections, people have hot takes on Oreos apparently. Mainly, are they evenly part cookie part cream. I always thought it was almost 50/50. But that isn’t the case at all.

The real ratio of cookie to cream is 71% cookie, 29% cream. Which is way more cookie than I thought! I guess once you get into the Double Stuffed Oreos these numbers get a little more close.
