All of us have some level of nervousness or anxiety when flying. The airport, getting on the plane, the flight itself it can be a very stressful experience.
For this one woman who was on a Delta flight from Charlotte to NYC it was super overwhelming. To the point that one of the flight attendant’s noticed she was having a hard time and decided to go over and comfort her. He sat in the aisle next to her for the ENTIRE flight holding her hand and explaining every sound, bump, and movement that happened. Thephoto is really nice.
I feel like lately flight attendant’s get a bad reputation with all the viral videos that come out of them dealing with rowdy out of control passengers. So it’s good to have a story like this that shows just how important and helpful they are to all of us who fly.
If your house is like mine you have lots of fruit being eaten all the time. My 4 year old daughter is currently on a berry smoothie kick so we make them every morning. A lot of people like to use the frozen fruit since it’s already cold and has ice to mix in with the smoothie. But is fresh fruit healthier?
When it comes to buying fruit there are some canned version that may have sugar added, but for the most part any frozen, canned or dried fruit is just as healthy as the fresh stuff. A lot of times it’s cheaper too. Really just depends on what your using it for and what tastes better to you. At the end of the day you’re eating fruit which is healthy and good for you!

If you’re a football fan who was watching the Chiefs play the Jaguars last weekend in the NFL Playoffs the craziest thing about the game was how Patrick Mahomes nearly broke his ankle only to come back and win the game. If you’re NOT a football fan… this story is the craziest thing that happened in that stadium.
A Chiefs fan who is a season ticket holder picked up her coat from the seat next to her and discovered a seven-week-old kitten under the seat! What an unbelievable thing to find at a football stadium.
The even stranger part of this is that the woman just so happens to work at a vet’s office. She immediately knew what to do and brought the kitten to the vet and is trying to find it a permanent home.
She even gave it a fun name. In honor of the Chief’s head coach Andy Reid, she named it “Sandy Reid”. The Chiefs went on to win the game and will play the Bengals this weekend. Hopefully the only “felines” in the stadium will be the logo on the Bengals sideline.
Eggflation has taken the country by storm lately. With eggs averaging around $5.50 a dozen, and closer to $10 for a dozen organic eggs, some people are thinking that maybe they should produce their own and get into the chicken coop business to save some money.
The maximum cost to raise chickens in your backyard will be about $69/month, for a flock of 5 hens, kept for 5 years. This includes the birds, feed, bedding, a brand-new high-quality coop, and miscellaneous costs like medicine, pest control, and feeders and waterers. It’s A LOT of work.
So even with the price of eggs being high, it’s still cheaper just to buy them at the store.
