It’s never too late to accomplish your goals. Whether it be a bucket list item, a physical workout type goal, or going back to school like this single mom from Cananda did.
Tracy MacDonald never graduated high school, because at the time she failed English. But now almost 20 years later she finally went back to get her diploma. He plan now is to go to college and then get a job as a teacher’s assistant.
What a great story! Congrats Tracy.

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: Sunlight takes HOW LONG to get to us?
This stat completely blew my mind when I ready it today. Maybe you already knew this from science class back in the day, and maybe I did too, but I certainly forgot until right now.
The sunlight you see out your window right now is 8 and a half minutes old. Let that sink in. It takes EIGHT and a HALF minutes for sunlight to reach us.

TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: What this guy did with a basketball is all you need for #MotivationMonday
If this story doesn’t motivate you on a Monday I don’t know what will.
Almost twenty years ago this guy from Seattle who’s a big basketball fan set a goal for himself to hit 1 million free throws. He started out by shooting 100 shots a day and keep track of all the ones he made. The longest streak he ever has was 222 in a row!
Then last week on Thursday… on his 82dn birthday… he finally reached his goal and sunk his one millionth free throw! How awesome is that?! He says he has around a 94% shooting percentage at this point. Which is amazing.
So this is your sign if you’re reading this. Set a goal, stick to it, and get it done. Even if it takes you two decades.
