With graduation season here I thought it would be good to go over what makes a university a university and a college a college. I always thought it had to do with the size of the student body, but it’s not that at all.
The biggest distinction is that the kind of degrees and programs offered are much different.
A University means it’s a larger institution which offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. A College often means community colleges, technical schools, and liberal arts.

Q: According to a survery of 1,000 moms this is the number 1 thing they REALLY want for Mother’s Day
As we head into Mother’s Day weekend this story is a very unique idea one mom had to prep her sons for a life of being a good husband.
This guy named Doug made a TikTok video explaining how when he and his brother’s were kids their mom created a “Husbands in Training” course for them. Over the years she taught them everything from how to properly deal with relationship fights to chivalry, to the best eating etiquette. It made such a big impact on them that he decided to tell the world and now it’s going viral. Their Dad (her husband) even took the course!
It really is a great idea and a perfect example of how great moms can be.
