I know it’s not March and we sort of didn’t get a St. Patrick’s Day this year because of Coronavirus, but an someone who’s Irish I love this story.

Every night since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic a Pennsylvania man named Michael Luckenbill goes outside plays his bagpipes at 6 p.m. for everyone in his neighborhood. He’s been doing it every night for roughly the last 100 nights. He says he just keeps doing it to help keep the neighborhood spirit alive.

Tell Me Something Good: Local CT Woman Makes Homemade Masks In Memory of Her Grandparents

Today’s Tell Me Something Good is from Middletown, CT. Back in March 22-year-old Maddy Feshler decided to do her part and help during the pandemic while honoring her grandparents at the same time. She started to make masks for the community with her grandmother’s old sewing equipment. She’s made over 200 masks so far and says all the proceeds are going to be split between Alzheimer’s Association and Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
