Hailey and Tito found out that the “crayon” group costume that she’s wearing with her friends this weekend to a Halloween party is very suggestive. It’s basically a leotard with thigh highs. Tito thinks it’s completely inappropriate for a 15-year-old girl to wear that out, Mom (Hailey) says that it’s what all the girls are wearing, and she can’t be the only one wearing something different. He says change your costume, or you’re not going. Is he being too harsh?
