Katy Perry’s New Song ‘Daises’ Is The Spring Anthem We All Needed

In the middle of world being turned upside down Katy Perry has been staying very busy. Not only is she pregnant with her first child. She’s also judging the craziest season of American Idol ever which is coming up on its finale this Sunday, AND releasing brand new music.

Today (Friday 5/15) she released her new single Daises. As spring fever starts to set in this song sounds like the perfect mood booster we all needed.

I wrote this song a couple months ago as a call to remain true to the course you’ve set for yourself, regardless of what others may think. Recently, it has taken a new meaning for me, in light of what the whole world is experiencing. Each of us is one in more than seven billion, with our own story of strength and resilience to tell. 🌼DAISIES🌼 is out now. I hope it will be the soundtrack to going for your dreams now… especially the ones we left behind 💛
