Tell Me Something Good: Creative Pandemic Sportsmanship On The Baseball Field

Good news, baseball is back! If you watched any of the games over the weekend you were either yelling “Go Mets!” “Go Yankees!” or “Go Red Sox!”. You also probably noticed a few interesting changes to watching baseball game with no fans on TV in 2020. First, there were the cardboard cutouts of fans. Which to be honest be both fun and kinda creepy at the same time. Then the piped in crowd noise that I thought actually sounded pretty real and made me sort of forget there wasn’t fans there at times. You even had really nice moments like this during the Cubs/Brewers game where players were helping each other out a bit on the field. ‘

Pandemic sportsmanship. I love it!
